WHAT: Connectivity Evening

Queer Rotterdam has started a series of Connectivity Events in which you can get more in touch with your own senses, the space around you and connecting with other people.


Through guided exercises we want to help you feel more comfortable with being close to people that you may have never met before. We will focus on eye contact, communicating feelings and vulnerability through non verbal and verbal communication and also on physical touch. Especially for queer people it can be hard to do this so we want to create a space where we can practice being close and open to people and also establishing boundaries where necessary and showing vulnerability when wanted.


Since some activities can be heavy on close touch/proximity to others as well as eye contact, it may not be an activity for everyone. However, at the event, you are always free to say no to whatever the exercise is and please do ask us any questions beforehand if you are unclear about what will happen.
