Being (queer bodies) together is a monthly evening of bodywork, sharing practices and simply, being together. Each evening has a theme which we explore together. You are encouraged to participate in the whole series, but are also welcome to join for one evening. The theme of this evening will be 'playfulness'. 

The evenings are hosted by Lux Sauer (he/him) and Josje Fens (she/they). They both have a fascination for bodywork. Lux as a dancer, choreographer, somatic practitioner and student of Body-Mind Centering®, Josje as a massage therapist, teacher and student of Cranio Sacral Therapy.

    Lux: „I am fascinated by how everything has its place and function in the body. There is no hierarchy or control system. But it is a huge collective collaboration with different responsibilities“

They have a desire to share their knowledge and connect with other queer people through somatic bodywork and movement. That is how these evenings came to life.

    Josje: “I am fascinated by what your body tells  you when you take the time, slow down and learn to listen to it. Letting these stories and feelings emerge is so beautiful.”
